Fotolia has a place amongst the big agencies as well next to Shutterstock, iStockphoto and Dreamstime. Like Dreamstime and iStockphoto, Fotolia offers a credit based system as well as subscription plans. A big part of their customer base is located in Europe. There have been controversies in the past between Fotolia and some long term contributors resulting in the photographers leaving Fotolia or actually getting banned. I personally never had any major issues with them, so I also recommend them as well. I mainly added them due to the fact that they show regular sales hence generating a steady income.
